Is coaching the same as therapy?
No. Coaching is forward-focused and practical; we work with where you are now and what you want next. If deeper mental health support is the right fit, I'll say so, warmly.
I'm neurodivergent. Will this actually work for my brain?
Yes. My work is built for neurospicy women. Expect flexible pacing, sensory-friendly rhythms, and zero shame about the way your brain works.
What if I don't have time for another program?
Then start smaller. A journal, a single session, or just my emails. There's no wrong-sized door here.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes,  most coaching packages and Rooted Start have payment options. We can talk through what feels doable on your discovery call.
